The Disease
Her body rested in the tabut, veiled in green and carried upon the bier, as if cradled by silence
She was a quiet heroine of everyday life.
At the small Muslim cemetery, the imam addressed those gathered from every ethnic group: In the face of the emerging conflict, our shared tribute to our sister Adema reminds us that we are all brothers and sisters.
The Prayer
